TUFC U16Z BOYS WIN EVERTON CHALLENGE BLUE DIVISION

The TUFC U16Z team won the Everton Challenge Blue Division in St. Petersburg, FL on March 16, 2008.  The victory was accomplished with a come-from-behind 4-1 fourth round win over Central Pasco.  On their way to the championship, TUFC tied Central Pasco in the first match, tied Arsenal of Greater Osceola in the second match, and defeated Space Coast Storm in the third match, 2-0.

The tournament win moved the team to 14th place in Florida on the CollegeInSoccer.com rankings and was an excellent tune-up for State Cup play in two weeks.
